The white swan wedding venue in Greytown.

The popular Wairarapa White Swan Hotel is situated in the middle of the historic Greytown.

From the outside the hotel gives the impression of belonging and looks like its been in Greytown forever, however the main Hotel building was originally a New Zealand Railways building from Woburn, Lower Hutt.

In December 2002 the building was relocated to Greytown, pieced back together and restored, the building has now blended beautifully into the 125 year old Main Street of the town.

Fully renovated, the White Swan now consists of a series of lovely suites & studios, all individually designed by Michael Nalder. The old administration block has received a makeover with a vision for a elegant Country Hotel.

Inside the white swan are seven wonderful luxury suites, uniquely themed, adding something special to any stay at the hotel. The Madison Room with its New York apartment style, the Bombay and Raj rooms offering an exotic touch of India. As well as the hunter, the white room, the English George and Manderin style rooms.

Many of the suites have balconies, with the rear rooms enjoying quite views over the neighbouring park.

Your whole wedding can be hosted at the swan, the main hallway being used for the wedding ceremonies and the dining area to the left of the entrance is ideal for private functions and wedding reception.

There are also many photographic opportunities both inside and out and the park next door is conveniently situated when the weather is good.
